The Nursing Home Abuse Center was founded to shine a light on the widespread abuse and neglect that occurs in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Some statistics indicate that 1 in 10 Americans over the age of 60 have experienced some form of elder abuse. Their mission is to educate seniors and their loved ones on the appropriate actions they can take to help protect yourself or the people you love.
