Amen is more than just our name.

Updated: Aug 26, 2020

Amen spells out our philosophy to help meet you and your loved one’s needs during this difficult time.

A: Affirm

Having a loved one on hospice can be an uncertain and scary time for friends and families. We commit to supporting you and your loved one physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our team--consisting of your loved one’s nurse, social worker, home health aid, physician and chaplain--will offer an encouraging presence.

M: Meet

We will meet you and your loved one where you are. We will treat you both with respect and continually provide information about your loved one’s hospice care with clarity. We vow to provide you with timely care.

E: Educate

Caregiving can be stressful. We will help you understand your loved one's symptoms and medications as you navigate end-of-life care. By providing information and training, we can better support everyone involved.

N: No Matter What

We will be with you every step of your journey. We believe in keeping you and your loved one informed, and prioritize communication between the patient, caregivers, and our qualified team members. When you have questions during this process, please call us immediately. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best support a hospice can provide during this difficult time. We value input from our patients and families.
